After rule 42 of the original rules, the following rule 42A. and 42 b. Added:-
“42a. Provisions related to assignment: (1) Section 18A of the Act. According to this, the approval of the Ministry of General Administration should be sought in order to appoint a civil servant in an agency that does not have a civil service position and in an approved temporary post.
And on the basis of other similar civil servant's efficiency, work experience, educational qualification, seniority, training, etc., the reason why he/she seems suitable to be assigned the job, (d) Alternative arrangements for handling the work done by the civil servant who is assigned to the job.< /p>(2) In the case of temporary appointment, when seeking consent according to sub-rule (1), the consent must be sought for hiring a civil servant of the same level at which the temporary appointment has been approved.
(3) According to the regulations, when the Ministry of General Administration gives permission to assign to work, whether the condition as per sub-rule (1) has been fulfilled or not and whether consent has been sought for assigning to work by giving priority to the most senior employees among the qualified and willing civil servants, if it is found to be in accordance In other projects except for projects with a fixed period within a month, consent will be given only for the end of one financial year. If work is to be assigned to agencies under the Secretariat, the Commission, upon the request of the central agency related to the agency to be assigned, the central agency related to the body employing civil servants shall be assigned the job after obtaining the consent of the Ministry of General Administration.
(5) Section 18A of the Act. Sub-section (2b) of BmozWhen assigning work to commissions or committees of a permanent nature, work will be assigned only to commissions and committees that are not civil service candidates.
(6) When assigning work according to sub-rule (5), the central office of the agency where the employee is employed, along with the details of the request for civil servants from the relevant commission or committee. The agency shall take the consent of the Ministry of General Administration and assign it.
